Delivery times vary based on the destination. Generally, delivery takes place within 2-5 business days from order processing. However, Clendy.it is not responsible for any delays attributable to the express courier.

 

1.4 Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on volumetric weight (l x w x h/3333). Customers can view shipping costs before confirming the order during the checkout process. Orders totaling €29.99 or more qualify for free shipping.

 

1.5 Delays or Delivery Issues

Clendy.it is not responsible for delivery delays due to circumstances beyond our control, including, but not limited to, strikes, extreme weather events, or express courier problems.
