COOKIE INFORMATION

What are cookies

The CLENDY SPA website (the “Site”) uses cookies to make its services simple and efficient for users who view its pages.

Users who access the Site will see minimal amounts of information inserted into the devices in use, whether computers or mobile devices, in small text files called "cookies" saved in the directories used by the user's web browser.

There are various types of cookies, some to make use of the Site more effective, others to enable certain features.

Site manager cookies

Technical cookies

The Site uses exclusively "technical" cookies, such as navigation or session cookies, functionality cookies and analytical cookies.

- Browsing or session cookies

Specifically, navigation or session cookies are used, aimed at ensuring normal navigation and use of the website, and therefore aimed at making navigation within the site functional and optimised.

- Functionality cookies

Furthermore, functionality cookies are installed, which are strictly necessary to provide services explicitly requested by the user.

- Analytical cookies

There are analytics cookies, used exclusively by the site manager, to collect information, in aggregate and anonymous form, on the number of users and how users visit the site.

- Profiling cookies

Finally, cookies are used to track the user's navigation on the internet and create profiles on his tastes, habits, choices, etc. With these cookies, advertising messages can be transmitted to the user's terminal in line with the preferences already expressed by the user while browsing online.

Installation/uninstallation of cookies. Browser Options

The user can oppose the registration of cookies on their device by configuring the browser used for navigation: if they use the Site without changing their browser settings, it is assumed that they intend to receive all the cookies used by the Site and use all the features.

Please note that the user can prevent the use of some or all of the cookies described above by configuring the browser used for navigation, namely

Duration of cookies

Cookies have a duration dictated by the expiration date (or by a specific action such as closing the browser) set at the time of installation.

Cookies can be:

  • temporary or session cookies (session cookies): they are used to store temporary information, allow you to connect the actions performed during a specific session and are removed from the computer when the browser is closed;
  • permanent (persistent cookies): they are used to store information, for example the login name and password, so as to avoid the user having to type them again every time he visits a specific site. These remain stored on your computer even after you close your browser.
